About ERGS Properties

Launched as a family venture, ERGS Properties was incorporated in 1959 by stockholders Ron, George and Stephen Peek.

In the late 1960s, ERGS Properties began working with Lemmon Valley Land Company, Inc. to develop and manage multi-family properties in Reno's North Valley.

Today, ERGS Properties is one of the top property management companies in Northern Nevada. The company's primary business functions are:

• Developing and managing approximately 700 multi-family properties in the Reno area including the Sierra Sage and Silver Lake Apartments.
  
  
• Land development, sales and loan servicing on an extensive land inventory in Silver Springs, Lyon County, Nevada.

Presently, the family business is owned and operated by George and his three sons, Gregory, Matthew and Andrew Peek.
