Move-In Checklist

Welcome! Our goal is to help make life simple for you. When you are ready to make your move, make life simple by following this helpful checklist.

Call Us Today and Tour one of Our Properties

Submit your Application Documents
  • Completed Application
  • Copy of a Government Issued Photo ID
  • Two Most Recent Paycheck Stubs or any Other Proof of Income
  • Application fee of $35.00
  • Holding Deposit of $100.00 (to be applied to the move in costs)
 

Approval Pending
We will contact you in 2-3 business days regarding your approval and we'll provide you with Move-In costs.
Confirm your Move-In Date
We will plan with you the most convenient day for your move in to take place.
 
Call NV Energy
Set power services to start on your move in date by calling (775)834-4444. Don't forget to call us and give us your confirmation number.
 
Move In
Set up an appointment to come in and sign your lease! You will conduct a move-in walkthrough and pay the Move-In Costs. Remember to bring in the FULL payment in the form of a money order or cashier's check.
