Preapproved pets are welcome at all ERGS Properties communities. Residents are granted consent for a pet in the form of a written agreement, which is attached to and incorporated into the Resident's lease agreement. Additional deposits and fees will be assessed.
Dogs are allowed only in select buildings at the Silver Lake and Sierra Sage communities.
CATS
$275 Cat deposit / all non-refundable fee
Two (2) Cats allowed per unit MAXIMUM
Neutered and proof of current rabies shot
DOGS
$400 Dog deposit -- $200 refundable
$20 a month pet rent
Maximum weight limit 110 lbs.
Breed restrictions – Pit Bull, Chow, Doberman and Rottweiler prohibited
Any dog deemed aggressive prohibited
All dogs over 40 lbs require a “certificate of breed” from Veterinarian
One (1) year or older
Two (2) Dogs allowed per unit MAXIMUM
Proof of renters insurance, must specifically cover dog bites
Proof of current rabies shot
Proof of city licenses

MULTIPLE ANIMAL DEPOSITS
$500 deposit- $200 refundable
No more than 3 animals per unit.

Ferret – treated as Cats (see above)
Fish – ten (10) gallon and more tanks require proof or renters’ insurance
Birds – case by case basis -- $100 refundable deposit
Snakes – case by case basis -- $100 refundable deposit
